Do you want to improve how patients are cared for, how providers care for them, and help healthcare organizations improve their ability to adapt to the changing healthcare marketplace?  Celerity is actively growing its consulting advisory services presence in the Health and Life Science (HLS) sectors.   We are seeking an energetic sales producer who is excited at the prospect of solving business problems for our healthcare clients by leveraging our best resources - our people.

Here’s what you’ll do in this role:

  • Become an integral member of the Celerity and HLS team, working collaboratively with your colleagues to achieve revenue, new logo, and other critical performance goals
  • Partner with Celerity's national Client Partner, Business Development and Marketing teams to identify, connect with, and grow new and existing accounts by meeting and overachieving quotas for identifying new opportunities and setting meetings
  • Clearly communicate Celerity's differentiation in compelling outreach campaigns that drive interest and result in qualified leads and meetings
  • Follow up with and qualify prospects who have responded to marketing activities (campaigns, events, webinars, proposal inquiries)
  • Research contacts and accounts to inform outreach tactics and identify strategic opportunities
  • Prospect and nurture leads to build relationships through consultative solution selling via phone, email, and social media channels
  • Engage prospects in the Celerity story and uncover client challenges
  • Become fluent and knowledgeable in all Celerity services to effectively and persuasively communicate the value proposition of our offerings to align with healthcare client needs
  • Master solutions training as well as the development and use of call scripts for multiple products and multiple buyer personas
  • Log daily activities in and across our MarTech platforms, measure and improve interactions with prospects and clients
  • Provide regular updates re: targets, goals and activities to manager and partner team leadership
  • Be part of transforming healthcare product development, delivery, and operations


Your qualifications:

  • 5 - 10 years of sales/business development experience
  • Experience in consulting/advisory service industries
  • Experience in solution/service portfolio sales
  • Experience in healthcare industry or similarly complex industry
  • Established track record of overachieving revenue targets by opening new logo accounts as well as growing existing accounts
  • Excellent communications skills (verbal, written, presentation)
  • Ability to work in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment
  • Highly organized, goal-oriented, self-motivated, and flexible
